Ignore the symposiums put forth by technopagans and false idols

The sermons sold by nihilist technofetishists serve only to disempower and steer away from God's holy light. The Bible details many warnings in the form of plague or destruction that God sent to realign the wickedness of His creations. Pharaoh of Egypt and his people were punished for refusing to release the enslaved Israelites with ten plagues: blood, boils, flies, hail, lice, frogs, diseased livestock, darkness, lotus, and the killing of firstborn children. The citizens of Nineveh ignored the truth of the Lord, thus God deemed Nineveh as a wicked city worthy of destruction. God sent two angels to Sodom and Gomorrah, cesspools of sin, to seal their fate of destruction. But in His great mercy, He offers redemption and salvation: God halted the plague once Pharaoh relented and released the Israelites. God sent Jonah to warn the citizens of Nineveh that they had provoked God’s anger, and they were spared after a forty day fast. God permitted Lot and his family to flee to Zoar before raining fire and sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah.

Now, God sends a new plague as a warning that we have strayed from His light: coronavirus. Distinct from the aforementioned admonitions, the coronavirus is not the harsh destruction of biblical times, but a subtle and indiscriminate antigen spread interpersonally. God, in his infinite mercy, provided the disease and the cure simultaneously. Meditate for a moment on the method of extinction for the virus and what message the Lord may have intended. Amidst the panic and fear of early 2020, God gave us relief, a moment to come up to the surface and catch our breath. Again by His mercy, we are offered redemption and salvation, placing the control in our hands: do we shun the message God’s coronavirus was sent to deliver, or do we reexamine the values and morals that we live our lives by and ultimately realign them to Christ?

A disbelief in coronavirus is a disbelief in God's great power

Feeble minded pundits that convince you of a manmade virus in a lab reject God's complex and perfect design. Who else but God could create an intricate organism with the ability to spread unabated to the far reaches of the earth, all while evading the fortitude of modern science, inoculation, and medicine? The virus, two years after its inception, has proved its resiliency.

The coronavirus, in the genius of God, created the context for us to detach ourselves from the rest of the world. In this frightful solitude we were able to envision a hierarchy of what fostered a meaningful human experience. What life did God intend for his creations? Was that intention congruent with the lives we wake to every morning, spent away from our family and friends in favor of selling our labor and vying for material goods? God sent the coronavirus to wake us from our maladroit existences and lead us into His light. Many are still in a deep slumber, dreaming of a paradise only intangible by their atrophied faith. Cult of Corona seeks to arouse these dreamers from their stupors into the bright, warm light of Christ.

Father, Son, Holy Virus

Cyberheretics and politicians, disregarding God’s message, reach their clumsy hands for dull tools and implore you to do the same. Their lives are disrupted when God gifts you peace. There is a sickness insidious to the society they have sown, its rotting innards exposed by God’s coronavirus. Those who proclaimed themselves overseers of our lives demanded we remove ourselves from our homes and families to be exploited. God sent a scourge to emphasize the importance of family, friends, and community, but false idols rejected His message and correctly assumed that the wicked and housebroken masses would follow their fabricated scripture blindly. But there is only one true overseer of our lives, who harbors an all encompassing, unending, unconditional love for our eternal souls: Christ.

God Heals

As Christ roamed the earth, He unselfishly disseminated innumerable cures to those He encountered; restoring sight to the blind, healing lepers, and granting paralytics the ability to walk. Contrast these miracles to the hastened vaccinations, created not out of altruism, as Christ exemplified in his healing, but instead as a final forsaking of God’s coronavirus and the message it embodied. The blasphemous overseers of our material lives demanded inoculation not to protect and heal ourselves and families, but to reinstate a homeostasis of a corrupt and unholy system that deprives us of the beautiful and fulfilling experiences that the Lord has set forth for us. The vaccine, although a testament to His creation’s incredible innovation and capabilities, only served to negate the symbol of the coronavirus, now rendered ineffective against God’s intricate and evolving antigen. God is the creator, only He can be the destroyer. The most effective inoculation is that found in scripture. The only alleviation we will have from God’s coronavirus is when we heed his warning and collectively correct our wicked ways.

Human Nature

In the perfect paradise of the Garden of Eden, God planted a plethora of fruit trees for Adam and Eve, but specifically forbade them from eating from the Tree of Knowledge. God, the creator of all life, embedded fallibility within curious humans. In His wisdom, He also chose to root the Tree of Knowledge within reach of Adam and Eve. Omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient, God knew Eve would eat the forbidden fruit. On the surface it may appear a contradiction in the logic of God, but meditating further, God gifts us an insight into human nature. In His great design, He did not produce a stagnant schema for our psyches. The self proclaimed rulers of human fate attempt to dictate the facets of human nature, instilling in the masses a distorted and diseased version that solely serves their greedy and perverted interests. God has placed these twisted rationales in the mouths of men as a test of faith, their tongues the serpent and their propaganda the apple. Shysters and politicians promote the ugliest attributes of God’s creation as its essence: selfishness, individualistic, greedy, and opportunistic, as a justification of their cold and calamitous system whose logic they have coerced the masses to internalize. When Jesus arrived in Jerusalem for Passover, he saw that money changers and merchants had turned His temple into a den of thieves, and forcefully expelled them. Now, the scripture of modern day money changers is upheld as truth. But God hopes we transcend this enticement in favor of His truth, His word, and His scripture. Align oneself with the teachings of Christ: kindness, selflessness, love, forgiveness, patience. Uphold these teachings as the core of human nature and reject the false prophets that serve only to tempt away from God as the serpent did in the Garden of Eden.

God sent his only begotten virus

All human life is molded and crafted by God’s gracious hands, therefore all life is precious. The Lord, in His infinite wisdom, allowed His creation to determine severity of the divine retribution of the coronavirus. The Lord watched on from the Heavens, observing if the light outshone the dark, if the righteous persevered against the blasphemous, if the faithful were truly faithful. The coronavirus, harboring no bias, attacked the world of men uniformly. His hope for His creation, in our third millennium with His scripture, would be to uphold the sanctity of life He so lovingly created. The false apostles proceeded to convince the masses of an innocuous antigen that would only kill the feeble, weak, and old, those deemed negligible fodder for the insatiable yet bloated belly of capital. But Jesus devoted Himself to the poor, downtrodden, and frail, those outcast by society, in hopes that we would follow in His footsteps. Once God’s coronavirus revealed the iniquitous and destitute nature of our current world, we were given two options: topple the institutions that disconnect us from our faith and each other, or sacrifice His beloved creations in order to maintain material wealth and spectacle of society. God does not speak in code, and has repeated the same message for all of eternity. The message the coronavirus has been sent to reiterate is uncomplicated and divine: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:37-40
